  • Condition of Items: Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accompanying documentation.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-designed pieces, engraved items, and final sale products are not eligible for return or refund. All sale or promotional items are considered final sale unless specified otherwise.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
